Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Helios Med Spa ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or visit our facility.
Services
Helios Med Spa provides medical aesthetic services, including but not limited to:
- Botox and dermal filler injections
- Laser treatments
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Body contouring
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
Medical Consultation
All treatments require a medical consultation prior to service. During this consultation, our medical professionals will:
- Review your medical history
- Assess your suitability for treatment
- Discuss expected outcomes and potential risks
- Answer your questions
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive services at Helios Med Spa. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Appointments and Cancellations
Booking
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
- We reserve the right to refuse future appointments for repeated no-shows
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Package purchases must be paid in full before use
- Service packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to other services of equal value
- Prices are subject to change without notice

You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in complications and releases us from liability.

Product Sales
- All product sales are final
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with receipt
Contraindications
Certain medical conditions and medications may make you ineligible for specific treatments. You must inform us if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have active skin infections or conditions
- Are taking blood-thinning medications
- Have a history of keloid scarring
- Have allergies to treatment products
- Have certain autoimmune disorders
Facility Rules
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling
- We maintain a professional environment; inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
- For hygiene purposes, please arrive with a clean face (no makeup) for facial treatments
- Children are not permitted in treatment rooms
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Helios Med Spa and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Modifications to Terms
